Russia and China may put a nuclear power plant on the Moon in 2033-2035. The technological problems required to create such an installation have been practically solved.

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that Russian-Chinese consultations in an interdepartmental format, the topic of which was space security, took place in Beijing. The power plant could be delivered and installed on the lunar surface between 2033 and 2035, according to the Russian state corporation Roscosmos.
