Parking Pizza, the temple of pizzas that Ferrán Adrià adores, lands in Madrid. The long fermentation and a careful selection of ingredients, essentially Mediterranean, resulted in a crispy pizza with a powerful combination of flavors.

On the menu they offer just over ten pizzas, with the margherita and the black truffle pizza - with fontina cheese, egg and parmesan - as hits. The team of 125 people has grown by 125 people over the years.
