Malligyong-1, the North Korean “spy” satellite indeed seems “alive”. Observations by an independent expert show that the first observation satellite sent into space by North Korea last November has started to move.

It remains to be seen whether it is really… a real "spy" satellite. The only certainty – confirmed by the South Korean authorities – is that “this satellite is in low Earth orbit” that is somewhere between 200 and 2,000 kilometers above the Earth's surface.
