Intelligence suspects this movement of wanting to organize a vast escape project in administrative detention centers in France and Italy. Meeting place: a squat located in Vitry-sur-Seine, known to be a haunt of French far-left activists.
Meeting is organized a few weeks after an attempted attack on the Vincennes administrative detention center on December 31. The participants of the meeting are being identified although, for the moment, no prosecution is planned. The NoCPR movement, understood in French: “No to administrative detention centres”, was identified.
