French wine distribution group Ulysse Cazabonne acquires Lavinia. French company has a network of stable partners in nearly 75 countries.

The firm offers consumers access to the most famous wines in the world in its five boutiques located in France, Switzerland and Spain. At the end of last year, the firm announced the closure of its emblematic store located on the 'golden mile' of Madrid, on Ortega y Gasset Street. The company dedicated to the sale of wines and spirits specified that this closure did not affect the group's activity in Spain.
