France's Gabrielle Vernier voted best player of the 2023 Women's Six Nations Tournament. The Blagnac player succeeds her compatriot Laure Sansus who was rewarded during the 2022 edition.

Vernier is the only Frenchwoman to have played all five matches of the tournament. She is ahead of England's Marlie Packer and Holly Aitchison, as well as Welshwoman Sisilia Tuipulotu. The Blues finished in second place behind England, the organizing committee announced Thursday.
