Sato is aiming to win his fourth consecutive title in this event at the World Championships in France in July. Shinya Wada and Kenya Karasawa competed in men's 64-meter visually impaired class. Takahashi Shunya won the championship with a mark of 4 meters and 8 centimeters in the fourth round.
