Winter Games, which have been in preparation for ten years, have witnessed the “hot and hot” ice and snow in China. The "14th Winter" is the first large-scale comprehensive winter sports event held in China after the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.

For the first time, teams from provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities were organized to participate in the competition, attracting a total of 31 provinces across the country. Ice and snow sports have become popular sports in both the north and the south of China.
