Croatian coach Branko Ivankovic has just taken over the coaching staff of the national football team. The 70-year-old has used his own unique way to get closer to the team's Chinese coaches, staff and players.
Someone in the team has given him the nickname "Uncle Ivan" after his first training session. After only one day of contact, the Chinese coaches and players are still unable to understand his leadership habits or style. But everyone can still clearly feel that Ivan, who has just arrived, is closing the distance with the whole team.
