The match will be held on February 22 at the Shaanxi Provincial Gymnasium. A 23-member Mongolian men’s basketball team took the lead in flying to the ancient city of Xi’an.
A total of 24 teams participated in the Men's Basketball Asian Cup qualifiers. The participating teams were divided into 6 groups and competed through home and away round-robin matches. The top two teams in each group will directly qualify for next year's Men's basketball Asian Cup. The six third-placed teams will qualify for the final stage of the qualifying round.
