The arguments of the claim are studied and, if the facts show signs of infringement, a reasoned request is submitted. The TAD will be the final decision-maker in this process. This is the second reasoned request that the organization makes to theTAD regarding Galán's demands. The first, referring to the deadlines in the elections, was unanimously archived on January 19.
