Shinji Okazaki to retire as an active player, ``body is falling apart'' 50 points, 3rd highest in Japan national team history. He joined Shimizu S-Pulse of the J League in 2005 from Takikawa Daini High School.
After playing for a club in Spain, he has been playing for Sint-Truiden in the Belgian First Division since 2022. Okazaki is said to be planning to hold a press conference to announce his retirement after this season.
