Toshiba BlazBlue Pass Tokyo lost 1-1 to the leaders Saitama Panasonic Wild Knights, missing out on a play-off tournament for the top four teams. League One, the first division of rugby, played its final matchday, and Toshiba Blaz blue lost 0-19.
The final will be held at the National Stadium in Tokyo on 34 May to determine the champions for the second season of League One. The Yokohama Canon Eagles, who sit in fourth place with 19 points, qualified for the playoffs for the first time.
