Three professional baseball exhibition games were canceled due to rain. Three games were played.

In Softbank vs. Giants, Softbank won 3-2. Nippon-Ham vs. Hiroshima ended in a 4-4 draw. Lotte vs. Hanshin, DeNA vs. Yakult, and Rakuten vs. Orix were canceled. Shuhei Takahashi, participating in the open game for the first time, had two hits. The match between Seibu and Chunichi, Seibu won 2-1.
