Pello Bilbao (Guernica and Luno, 1990), Spanish number 1 in the 2023 UCI ranking. He started cycling late and at 33 years old he says he doesn't know where his limit is.

In 2023 he won a stage in the Tour and ended a five-year streak of the Spanish without victories in the French round. The Basque has started the season in the Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana, a round that ends this Sunday.
