The organizing committee of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games said that four million people have registered for the second phase of ticket sales. This second phase will see the sale of 1.5 million tickets for those, French or foreign, who will be drawn at random, starting May 11.
Ticket revenues are expected to bring in nearly €1.4 billion out of the organising committee's overall budget of €4.4billion. Of the 10 million Olympic tickets, 8 million are sold directly to the general public.
