The medals for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games were revealed this Thursday. Created by Chaumet, the 5,084 decorations in gold, silver and bronze will each feature a piece of the Eiffel Tower.
Each will be 85 mm in diameter, 9.2 mm thick, with different weights, 529 g for gold, 525 g for silver and 455 g for bronze. The 18 grams of EIFFel Tower set on each medal were extracted from pieces of the Iron Lady.
