New ozeki Kotonowaka will face 21-year-old Atami Fuji on the first day of the Grand Sumo Spring Tournament. Yokozuna Terunofuji, who won the previous tournament, will compete against Nishikigi, who has returned to Komusubi, aiming for his 10th championship.
Other ozeki players include Kirishima, Toyoshoryu, Ura, Takakeisho, and Asanoyama, who have experience in Ozeki.
