Kevin De Bruyne went off injured in the 30th minute and will miss the 2021 final. Manchester City won the European Cup for the first time in their history. The last time they won it was in 1970, when City also won the FA Cup and the English league title that year. The game was played in the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul.
