Swedish swimmer is disappointed at not being allowed to compete in the Olympics. He says the new rules are based on the world's best athletes.
"The most important thing is not to be in the top eight, but to be a good swimmer," he says. He is hoping to qualify for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janiero, Brazil.
