International Goalball Tournament Japan Women's National Team loses to Israel, runners-up. Goalball is a sport in which three visually impaired players compete for points by taking turns rolling a ball using the sound of a ball with a bell inside.
The competition will be held for two days until the 16th in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Japan, ranked second in the world, won the gold medal at the 2012 London Games and the bronze medal at Tokyo Games three years ago.
