Real Madrid has just announced, in a statement, the departure of one of its star strikers, the Frenchman Karim Benzema. The player arrived in 2009 and won five Champions Leagues with the Spanish club.
French Ballon d'Or winner Benzema will leave Real Madrid at the end of the season, after 14 seasons with theSpanish club, the latter announced on Sunday. "Real Madrid CF and our captain KarimBenzema have agreed to end his brilliant and unforgettable period as a player of our club," Real wrote.
