European Football Championship 2024: Justice Minister expects quick punishments for rioters. Up to 2.7 million fans are expected in the stadiums and up to twelve million visitors on the fan miles across the country.
The games are played in ten major German cities: Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt as well as in Gelsenkirchen, Leipzig and Stuttgart. The European Football Championship in Germany starts on June 14th, the Olympic Games begin on July 26th.
