Skaters are divided into three teams by drawing lots. Anna Shcherbakova's team took the lead after short programs at the Channel One Figure Skating Cup. Second is the team of Alina Zagitova, third - Elizaveta Tuktamysheva. The maximum number of points was brought to their teams by Vladislav Dikidzhi, whose main competitor Sofia Muravyova fell with a triple Lutz.
