Briton Joseph Blackmore won the eighth and final stage of the Tour du Rwanda on Sunday February 25, contested over 74 kilometers with a start and finish in the streets of Kigali. The final podium is completed by Ilkhan Dostiyev (Astana Qazaqstan Development Team) and Jonathan Restrepo (Team Polti Kometa) Blackmore also won the final classification of the event.
He was leader since the sixth stage, and won the overall classification.
