Cubs pitcher Shota Imanaga held his first actual pitching practice at the camp in Mesa, Arizona, where he faced a total of six batters and threw 25 pitches. His fastest speed is about 150km/h, and in his second match with Wisdom, who had 23 home runs last season, he hit a big hit over the outfield fence, but that was the only one that hit well.
He threw seven pitches, ending with a fastball and a strikeout against teammate Suzuki.
