Former Spanish Football Federation president Luis Rubiales was questioned by police on Wednesday upon his arrival at Madrid-Barajas airport. He was questioned as part of a corruption investigation, before being left at liberty.
This investigation is separate from the so-called "forced kiss" case on the mouth that he inflicted without her consent on international Jenni Hermoso after the World Cup final on August 20 in Sydney. He is accused of "money laundering, commercial corruption, unfair administration and membership in a criminal organization"
