After the first vote lost last week, the concessionaires have seen how Congress definitively rejected the approval of the norm. The two major parties, PSOE and PP, have voted today against the amendment presented for that purpose by the PdeCAT.
The argument is rejected by the manufacturers, whose employer Anfac says that the Supreme Court has already established the situations in which such compensation is possible.
