Ivory Coast will play Nigeria in the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations final. The Elephants beat DR Congo 1-0 in the semi-final.

The final will take place in Ébimpé on February 7, 2023. Nigeria and Ivory Coast met in the group stage in January. The Super Eagles won the match 2-0 thanks to a goal from William Troost-Ekong. Sébastien Haller returned to the pitch after overcoming testicular cancer. The Ivorian striker scored the only goal of the game.
