Agents from the Information Brigade of the National Police have arrested the 20- year-old. The arrested man attacked the minor, who was in the arms of a family member, because she was wearing the Brazilian player's shirt. The minor, just eight years old, had to leave the place along with her family, due to a strong anxiety attack.
