Aki Taguchi, former para-shooter, will be the head of the Japanese team at the Paris Paralympic Games. Mr.

Taguchi is 52 years old from Osaka Prefecture. When he was 25 years old, he became ill and was confined to a wheelchair. After that, he started shooting and participated in three consecutive Paralympics until the 2012 London Games. He served as a director of the Japan Para Shooting Federation, a member of the JPC steering committee and served as vice mayor of the Olympic Village.
