Senbatsu High School Baseball was first held in April 1924. In August of that year, the Koshien Stadium was opened.

This year was named ``Koshien'' because it was an auspicious year that occurred once every 60 years when the ``Ko'' and ``Child'' were combined in the zodiac. In addition to gourmet food, there are also 100th anniversary limited edition goods. Goods made in collaboration with a total of nine works, including the baseball manga Dokaben, are also on sale.
