This is the first time that China has held a large-scale national winter sports event after the Beijing Winter Olympics. In the warm-up session, elements reflecting the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are everywhere.
The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region sent a 70-member delegation to participate in three events including ice hockey, figure skating and skiing. With the slogan of "Give your best and break the boundaries", they competed with athletes from all over the country.
