Misaki Emura is a female fencing saber who is aiming for the Paris Olympics. She is 1 meter 70 cm tall and her weapon is long attacks that utilize her footwork.

At the World Championships last July, she became the first Japanese athlete to win two consecutive championships. She will compete for the first gold medal in Japanese fencing history in France, the home of the sport.
