Daniil Medvedev was beaten by Brazilian Thiago Seyboth Wild in the first round of Roland Garros. The world number 2, who believes he played well, does not appreciate clay and is already looking forward to the Grand Slam project at Wimbledon.

"I found myself with my mouth full of earth," he complained Tuesday. "There's nothing we can do about Wimbledon where people decide to be tough, that'll be great, but it's still better than clay!"
