Yannick Noah is the last French winner of Roland-Garros. He has assumed the role of village chief in Etoudi, the Yaoundé district where he grew up.

In the podcast Europe 1, the French star announced his decision to designate as heir to the title his eldest son Joakim. "Joakim is the heir, period. He's spiritually connected to here, he was very close to Dad, his grandpa Zach. Like all my children for that matter," he says.
