Suspicion of Suspicious Transaction for the Third Conglomerate Damaged shareholders file a complaint

In relation to the suspicious transaction suspicion of the third generation of the chaebol reported by the Panda team until the end of SBS, affected shareholders filed a complaint and complaint with the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office.

The affected shareholders said, "Hyun-beom Cho, former RBK director, Young-jip Kim, and former Hallyu Times chairman Lee Rak-bum committed illegal acts such as embezzlement and derogation in the process of buying and selling the company."

Earlier, Hankook Tire and RBK claimed that the transaction was "according to a legal procedure."
