A former military security command official has been found guilty of writing false official documents to hide the fact that he was reviewing martial law during the impeachment of former President Park Geun-hye.



The first part of the Supreme Court confirmed the lower court's decision to defer the sentence of a fine of 3 million won to Mr. A, the former head of the anti-espionage policy division of the Security Council, who was recently handed over to trial on charges of forgery and false public documents such as public records.



Earlier, in February 2017, the 'Martial Law TF', which consisted of the command of the security guard, wrote a document to review martial law. received



The TF, which ended when the final version of the martial law review document was completed in early March 2017, decided to register the document as 'training secret', and Mr. received.



The military prosecution prosecuted Mr. A together with So Kang-won, former chief of staff of the security guard, but the first trial acquitted him on the grounds that he may have followed business practices.



On the other hand, the second trial overturned the conviction for writing a false official document and deferred the sentence of a fine of 3 million won, and the Supreme Court confirmed the judgment, noting that there were no problems such as misunderstanding of the law.



Former Chief of Staff So and others were acquitted in the first trial, and then transferred, and the second trial is currently in progress in a private court.
