Dmitry Rogozin, the general director of Roscosmos, announced this in his Telegram channel.

"An agreement on the creation of a rocket and space complex at Baikonur to support launches of the latest Soyuz-5 carrier rocket was signed between the Center for the Operation of Ground Space Infrastructure and Basis construction LLP (Republic of Kazakhstan)," he said.

Rogozin added that the parties are starting the reconstruction of the launch and technical complexes of the Zenit missile for their modernization.

Earlier it was reported that the Soyuz-2.1b rocket with 34 OneWeb communication satellites was launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome.
