Technical demonstrations at large-scale sporting events began this month with soccer J-League Cup and Japan national team games, and PCR for people who have passed more than two weeks since the second vaccination and from 3 days before the game to the day of the game. For those who have been tested negative, we are exploring operational issues by putting spectators in a zone different from the current upper limit of 10,000 people.



At a press conference after the 12-team representatives' meeting held on the 18th, NPB announced its policy to demonstrate in the 1st and 3rd rounds of the Japan Series.



Round 1 will be played on the 20th of next month at the home game of the Pacific League advance team, and Round 3 will be held on the 23rd at the home game of the Central League advance team.



Atsushi Ihara, Executive Secretary of NPB, said, "The operation of spectators when they enter is a major purpose of the demonstration. Next season, when we use a similar mechanism, we would like to check how we can enter smoothly." ..



In professional baseball, the giant will begin demonstrating in the game on the 14th of this month, Softbank will play at the PayPay Dome in Fukuoka City on the 19th, and Orix, Rakuten, Hanshin, and DeNA will also play in the game at their home base.
