On July 23, 2019, a brawl between rival gangs broke out in the middle of the night in front of a nightclub in Boliqueime, in the Algarve. The suspect then took out a 9mm automatic pistol and shot a man twice in the head.

On the country's most wanted list

Since then, Antonio M. could not be found by the Portuguese authorities who had placed him on the list of the most wanted people in the country. He was arrested and imprisoned at home arrest of Fresnes, while waiting to appear in front of the French justice for his future extradition to Portugal where he will have to answer the charges which weigh on him.
