The Korean modern pentathlon team started the new season in a good mood by harvesting one gold medal and one silver medal in the international competition where they first participated in 2022.



In the World Cup held in Albena, Bulgaria, Seung-jin Kim and Se-hee Kim of the modern pentathlon mixed race took the lead in horseback riding, fencing and swimming.



Kim Se-hee lost the lead in the last laser run, where running and shooting were combined, but Kim Seung-jin, who ran after him, held the second place and shared a hug of joy after finishing the goal.



In the men's individual event, Jeon Woong-tae set an all-time high and won the championship, and in the first World Cup of the season, our national team won a gold medal and a silver medal, showing off the appearance of a modern pentathlon powerhouse.
