Inter Milan strengthens its ranks by signing Mkhitaryan

The Italian football club, Inter Milan, confirmed today, Saturday, that it has included in its ranks the Armenian Henri Mkhitaryan, who was playing in Rome, the rival of Inter Milan in the Italian League.

The Italian league runner-up has not yet disclosed the details of the deal.

Media reports stated that Mkhitaryan signed a contract for two seasons until 2024.

It is noteworthy that Mkhitaryan, 33, contracted with Inter Milan as part of a free transfer deal after the expiry of his contract with Roma, the winner of the first edition of the European Conference League competition.

Mkhitaryan played for Borussia Dortmund between 2013 and 2016, before he played in the English Premier League, where he played for Manchester United and Arsenal.

Mkhitaryan moved to Roma in 2019, making him the second striker to join Inter Milan this summer after the return of Romelu Lukaku, who was on loan to Chelsea.
