A 35-year-old woman was taken into police custody that night after the death of her companion in Goussainville, in the Val d'Oise. A violent argument over a background of alcohol broke out shortly before 3am among this couple, according to information collected by Europe 1. The altercation continued until the street where the 30-year-old man died of his wounds, stabbed chest.
The young woman, arrested on the spot, briefly told the police that her companion would have killed himself. A first version of the facts which must be verified by the investigators. In the meantime, the victim's partner has been placed in police custody but should only be questioned after several hours of sobering up, given her intoxicated state.
