Following the explosion in Incheon, an explosion occurred at a chemical manufacturing plant. Seven workers at night were injured and one was missing.

An explosion broke out at a chemical manufacturing plant in Seo-gu, Incheon, at 8:50 p.m. on the night of the 21st.

fire department in the jurisdiction, the first level of response was issued by the entire fire department personnel at 9:10 pm.

The response phase was lifted in 17 minutes as 110 people, including firefighters and police, were mobilized to evolve.

It is known that the fire did not spread much compared to the size of the explosion, so rapid evolution was possible.

However, seven of the eight workers who were working at night in the factory building at the time of the explosion were injured, and one is missing.

Two of the seven injured are known to be seriously injured.

Night searches are still under way to find one missing person.

Fire officials believe the explosion occurred while transporting hydrogen peroxide to an 8-ton cargo vehicle.
