Korean workers working at construction sites in Poland have been exposed to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Hyundai Engineering said that 23 Korean employees and 145 foreign workers were confirmed at the construction site of its plant in the Police region in northwestern Poland.
Previously, after one Korean employee was confirmed on the 15th, an additional confirmed person came out as a result of a total inspection of 1,300 on-site employees.
An official from Hyundai Engineering explained, "In accordance with the guidelines of local health authorities, we are putting all our efforts into health activities such as quarantine to quarantine the confirmed patients in accommodation and prevent further infection."
