Abu Dhabi will host the World Para Triathlon Cup with the participation of people of determination next November
The Abu Dhabi Sports Council announced the addition of the Para Triathlon World Cup to the program of the Abu Dhabi World Triathlon Championship, which will be held under the auspices of "Daman", on Yas Island during the period 5-6 November, with the participation of 1250 athletes in all races and categories approved in the championship program, and they represent the Olympic champions. Paralympic and community participation.
The world triathlon series returns to the forefront after stopping last year, and Abu Dhabi will be on the date again to host the World Sports Carnival, which will be held just three months after the end of the Paralympic Games in Tokyo, and hosting the event comes after Italy's apology.
The championship competitions include 9 different categories in which athletes of determination compete to win six medals for both men and women, and crown 12 world champions in Abu Dhabi. The Para Triathlon Cup is also part of the agenda of the upcoming global event (the Abu Dhabi World Triathlon Championship), which is held within the Federation races series. The International Triathlon Championships will see 110 elite athletes participate in both individual relay categories at the World Triathlon Championships.
The two-day tournament will also feature a variety of competitive races for amateur athletes, including races for athletes of determination, and participants can join the Super Sprint, Sprint, and Olympic distance races individually or as team members.
