3 gold medals for "UAE Judo" in the Arab Championship in Jordan

The UAE judo team for the youth category won 3 gold medals in an unprecedented achievement for the first time in its history, with the start of the Arab Championship for Teams and Clubs yesterday.

The Emirati champion Hareb Abdul Rahman Jumaa Ali won gold in the over 100 kg weight, after overtaking the champions of Jordan and Saudi Arabia, while his rising colleague Ahmed Jassem Al-Tumairi won the gold in the under 60 kg weight, by defeating the champions of Algeria, Jordan and Iraq, then Syria in the final, and the hero Saeed Al Naqbi was crowned gold Weight under 73 kg bypassing the champions of Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, Palestine, and then Jordan in the final.

The mission received the congratulations of Muhammad bin Thaloub Al-Dari, President of the Emirates Wrestling and Judo Federation, for the achievement, praising the efforts of the young man in winning a precious, important and unprecedented title, noting that it would be an incentive for the rest of the team members to achieve more positive results during the championship competitions, which include many strong teams.

Bin Thaloub said: "The team's coronation comes as a translation of the support and direct care of the wise leadership for sports and athletes, and also reflects the integrity of the plans and programs developed by the federation and pays great attention to the age sector."
