CAIRO (Reuters) - South Africa's Sun Downs coach Pizzo Musimani has revealed why South Africa beat Egypt in the African Nations Cup finals, saying his country had overtaken Egypt at the 2019 African Cup of Nations thanks to their team's victory over top Egyptian clubs.
The «Mosimani» in statements published by the Times of South Africa, quoted by the Egyptian Today, that the mentality enjoyed by his players led to the superiority of the Pharaohs Africa.
"You know why our team beat Egypt in the last African Nations Cup? Because Sun Downs have beaten some of Egypt's biggest clubs in recent years," said Sun Downs coach.
