"It is not possible at this time to announce when a final decision on this issue will be announced," Cas writes in a press release.

On February 14, the European Football Association (Uefa) announced that City would be suspended from the Champions League and that the club would be sentenced to pay just over SEK 300 million for violating the financial rules.

However, the penalty does not mean that Manchester City will be shut down with immediate effect, but the next two seasons 2020/21 and 2021/22.
